Abstract
Abstract In esperimenti di ibridazione DNA-RNA con RNA ribosomale marcato su sezioni istologiche abbiamo osservato una notevole marcatura sulla testa degli spermatidi in stadi avanzati della spermiogenesi. Gli esperimenti eseguiti indicano che la marcatura riscontrata è dovuta ad un legame aspecifico, RNasi resistente, che si forma tra l'RNA ribosomale e l'istone « germinale », ricco in arginina, che viene sintetizzato dalle cellule germinali negli stadi finali della spermiogenesi.
