Abstract

The problems inherent in the usual method of measurement, that is, inserting a meter into the circuit, are avoided by using a device which relies on an induction method. It enables tube current to be measured accurately on a single pulse (0.01s). It addition, the instrument is independent of the shape of the current waveforms found in practice and permits their form to be studied if desired. It is safe, flexible and easy to operate in a hospital environment.
