Abstract

In addition to dopaminergic drug therapy, rehabilitation is key component of holistic Parkinsons disease (PD) management strategy. Rehabilitation however is severely constrained in sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) due to access barriers. We sought to assess the comparative efficacy of a domiciliary mobile health telerehabilitation intervention vs in-person rehabilitation among patients with PD in Ghana.
