Abstract
ABSTRACT New differential UBV photoelectric observations are presented for the short-period, eclipsing binary system UV Piscium which exhibits RS CVn-type phenomena. The data were obtained on nine nights from October 1984 to January 1985 using the 61-cm reflector at the Sobaeksan Astronomical Observatory. These light curves are compared with those observed two years earlier and with still older ones. The asymmetrical distortion wave of this system and the depth of minimum phase are examined. It is also found that the outside-eclipse mean light level of this system was not constant during the last several years.
