Abstract
The physical depreciation of electric and thermal stations and heating networks is determined by a sharp decrease in the rate of renewal of fixed assets. This article proposes an attempt to assess the residual life of a technical device (steam line) using a characteristic criterion, i.e., the creep strain of the pipe material.
