Abstract

A number of studies have stressed the importance of examining individual differences to understand better the various forms of aggression. This contribution examines important personality dimensions in mediating aggressive behaviour, such as Emotional Susceptibility, Irritability, Dissipation-Rumination, and Fear of Punishment; their relations with broader personality dimensions, such as those measured by the Comrey Personality Scales, are also studied from a second-order factor analytic perspective.
