Abstract

AbstractUsing the bond criterion, different hopping conduction regimes in organic conductors described by a Gaussian density of states are analyzed in different regions of the (n, T) plane. The crossover conditions between different regimes are considered with regard to the temperature and concentration dependences of the characteristic energies (the transport energy and Fermi level). The meaning of the concentration dependence of the apparent mobility outside the weak‐concentration region is discussed. (© 2008 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim)
