Abstract
Recently we have a great interest in housing policy. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting housing prices and to reduce housing anxiety in the long term. This is to derive housing stability and predictable housing policy by stabilizing housing price. The research method was to analyze the data of the survey of the National Statistical Office. The Financial Supervisory Service and the Bank of Korea 2020 Household Financial Welfare Survey Table. The effects of the individual variables set in the research model were analyzed through logistic regression analysis.
