Abstract

A computer program has been written in C which provides a convenient way of displaying a portion of the radioactive decay data incorporated in the JEF-2 library. Through use of a mouse or keyboard, nuclides of interest can be selected from a visual display in a “Chart of the Nuclides” form. Principal information includes half lives, decay modes, gamma-ray and alpha-particle emission energies and emission probabilities plus their uncertainties. Spectral data can be printed or displayed on screen in numerical or graphical form; alternatively data can be printed or spooled to disk files.
