Abstract

Neutral lipid storage disease with myopathy (NLSD-M) is an autosomal recessive disorder characterized by triglyceride-containing cytoplasmic droplets in leukocytes and muscle tissue. Usually, it presents with adult onset slowly progressive proximal muscle weakness associated with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
