Abstract

Interactions between microbiota and host skin have an important impact on cutaneous immunity and inflammation. In this issue of Cell Host & Microbe, Cha etal. report that skin commensal bacteria-mediated priming of group 2 innate lymphoid cells in early life predisposes the mice to atopic dermatitis-like inflammation in adulthood.
