Abstract

Since 2020, following the COVID-19 pandemic and its implications, it has been possible to notice an acceleration in the processes of platformization and digitalization of the production and consumption of cultural goods, products and services. As a result, it is possible to see a great impact on the forms of communication and interaction between the various agents in the cultural field, changing the dynamics of relationships, especially through online interaction tools. This article investigates the impact of such tools on orchestral mediation, analyzing comments made during concerts broadcast by the São Paulo State Symphony Orchestra on YouTube since the beginning of the pandemic.
