Abstract

In this letter, a one-snapshot localization algorithm based on Discrete Fractional Fourier Transform (DFrFT) is proposed for mixed far-field and near-field sources. The mixed sources can be regarded as the superposition of several different linear-frequency-modulated signals. The different field sources produce the peaks in the different order of DFrFT domain, which means the mixed sources can be classified by transform orders. Moreover, the localization parameters of mixed sources can be easily estimated by the peak positions and the orders. Furthermore, a fine-searching method is also proposed to enhance the estimation accuracy. Numerical results demonstrate the superiority of proposed one-snapshot algorithm.
