Abstract

The transport equation of heat and mass transfer processes are given in integral equation form. To solve this Hammerstein type integral equation system a new, numerically stable algorithm has been elaborated. We discuss the structure of this algorithm and compare it to other numerical methods. The application is illustrated on an example of adiabatic adsorption.
