Abstract
The present work establishes the bio potency of novel synthesized azo compounds having 2-methyl, 1, 3, 4- thiadiazole. The structural aspects of the synthesized compounds were accomplished by using various analytical tools which includes FT-IR, 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR, UV–Vis and mass spectrometry. These compounds were tested for their biological efficacy and carried out antimycobacterial and cytotoxic studies. The results of the bio-chemical assays indicated the biological properties of the synthesized compounds in a very appreciable way. The obtained biochemical results were further analyzed by in silico molecular docking interaction studies against target receptor RpsA and exhibited good hydrogen bonding affinity with the target receptor. The synthesized compounds were also summarized with the Lipinski's rule of 5 in which all the compounds have shown no violation to the drug likeness.
