Abstract

Aiming to design and optimize the wireless power transfer (WPT) system, a simple and practical algorithm is presented in this paper. Firstly, a typical topology of WPT system is analyzed and a parameter design method is proposed to feeding a low power load. The correctness of the method is verified by explicit theoretical derivation and simulation. Secondly, a parameter optimization approach is addressed to solve the problem of parameters mismatch between simulation parameters and engineering applications. Subsequently, the designed parameters are optimized according to the actual conditions. A flowchart is presented to facilitate the calculation of parameters. Furthermore, a system optimization mode is adopted to improve the transmission efficiency of the system. As a result, the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed methodology are demonstrated via simulations and experimental tests.
