Purpose/Objective(s): To evaluate the alternations and prognostic value of Peripheral Blood Lymphocyte Subsets (PBL) in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) patients who underwent concurrent chemoradiotherapy
Using the least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) regression model, we extracted the PBL features associated with overall survival (OS) and built a classifier
Our results indicated the profile of PBL undergone profound changes in ESCC patients pre- and post-treatment

Materials/Methods: We recruited 353 ESCC patients who had undergone concurrent chemoradiotherapy in our center between 2010 and 2015.
