Abstract

In this paper, we investigate the multi-attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems in which the attribute preference values take the form of interval-valued intuitionistic uncertain linguistic number (IVIULN) and the experts have different priority level. To aggregate information given by all decision makers, some new prioritized aggregation operators are proposed at first, such as interval-valued intuitionistic uncertain linguistic prioritized weighted average (IVIULPWA) operator and interval-valued intuitionistic uncertain linguistic prioritized weighted geometric (IVIULPWG) operator. Then some desirable properties of the proposed operators are studied, such as idempotency and boundedness. Furthermore, a novel approach based on the extended technique for ordered preference by similarity to an ideal solution (TOPSIS) method is proposed for dealing with the MAGDM problems under interval-valued intuitionistic uncertain linguistic environment. Finally, a numerical example is introduced to verify the feasibility of the developed approach.
