Abstract

AbstractA novel hyperbranched conjugated polymer with benzene as core, phenylene vinylene as connecting groups and dimethylamino benzene as end groups (DMA‐HPV) was synthesized and characterized. It shows excellent solubility, film‐forming ability and very high thermal stability Tg = 255°C, TID = 398°C). Its fluorescence quantum efficiency in film is almost as large as that in solution (∼50%). The light emitting diodes and the light emitting cells were fabricated.
