Abstract

In this research work, the proposed H-Type inverter can generate 17-level with asymmetrical voltage ratio employing 9 power semi-conductor switches. This proposed MLI topology can be well extended according to the different proposed algorithms. The proposed scheme is further validated with experimental results obtained by the prototype model developed in the laboratory. Moreover, 17/25/33/41/49-level are developed based on the first algorithm of proposed topology, and various performance parameters are studied to prove the effectiveness of the proposed topology.
