Abstract
Abstract The title apparatus with a 512 channel photo-detector was constructed for measuring electric linear dichroism (ELD) spectra of DNA-ethidium bromide in solutions. An ELD spectrum could be accumulated at a 280- or 140-nm interval under a single fast-orienting electric pulsed field.
