Abstract

LC-filter-based H6-bridge inverter (LC-H6) is a two-order inverter system, which is an appropriate circuit for the medium or high power inverter field. A novel discrete modeling technique with coefficient linearization based on stroboscopic map method is presented to reduce iterative computation and memory expense of the LC-filter-based H6-bridge inverter with PI controller (LCH6-PI) system. Meanwhile, the collision border lines of i are deduced. Then, based on the coefficient linear discrete model, stability regions of control parameter k p, DC voltage E and load inductance L are analyzed. Finally, the simplified discrete model is verified by circuit simulation and experimental results. Stabilization analysis indicates that the stability boundary and chaos boundary can be obtained by period-doubling bifurcation and border collision, respectively.
