Abstract

In brief, some properties of non-Foster circuits (NFC) are linked to the negative group delay (NGD) network. These properties are negative group delay and phase. It means that the NGD in conjunction with the effect of negative impedance is used to improve bandwidth of radio frequency (RF) modules. In this paper, we propose a design of passive non-Foster circuit by using NGD network that designed by two ways: RLC resonator and short-circuit half-wavelength in a specified dispersive medium. Finally, in a limitation of paper, the simulation results and some measurement results of our design will be shown in the last of our description.
