Abstract
In this paper, a novel wideband multiple input multiple output (MIMO) antenna with circularly polarization for high integrated millimeter-wave wireless communication components is illustrated. At first, the simple antenna is designed that is able to convert a MIMO Antenna. The dimension of antenna is 1.5×1.5 mm2 (3λ×3λ) at operating frequency. The radiation elements are printed on polyimide substrate separated by silicon layer. In order to reduce mutual coupling, the neutralization line is employed. The circular polarization MIMO antenna has bandwidth of 57 GHz–64 GHz and 3 dB axial ratios of 57 GHz to 62 GHz. The envelope correlation coefficient is calculated below 0.1 for MIMO applications. The results reveal that the proposed antenna is suitable for wireless communication systems.
