Abstract

In this paper, a novel asymmetric watermarking system is proposed, which is robust against the inserter attacks. The user's side watermark is generated from the copyright owner's one and the watermark detection can be finished either by user's side watermark or the copyright owner's one, and they are reciprocal to each other, which makes our scheme capable of resisting the inserter's attacks. Furthermore, the detection of the watermark existence is in no need of the original properties. The experimental results against inserter attack show good robustness of our schemes.
