Abstract

HighlightsAn ultra-sensitive capture of NO2 molecules and fast charge collection and transfer has been realized by constructing the model of artificial neuron-likegas sensing structure based on CuS quantum dots (QDs)/Bi2S3 nanosheets (NSs)realizes.Simulation analysis revealed that CuS QDs and Bi2S3NSs can be used, respectively, as the main adsorption sites and charge transport pathways, thus leading to a greatly enhanced gas capture ability and charge conduction performance of NO2.
