Abstract
With an increase in integration of Solar energy in grid due to their environmental benefit, the need for correct prediction of solar irradiance becomes important. This paper aims towards improving short term accuracy of solar irradiation. Various visualization techniques have been used to show the relationship between various variables. The dataset is being pre-processed and fused with machine learning techniques to get the maximum accuracy of the model. We have used three models namely Logistic Regression (LR), Random Forest (RF) and Decision Tree (DT), in which Decision tree has shown maximum accuracy.
