Abstract

AbstractIt was observed in an article by Klein and Mittra that when the method of moments is used to solve thin‐wire antenna problems, erroneous, highly oscillatory solutions can occur when certain wide‐pulse testing functions are used. This article presents a possible explanation of the occurrence of these erroneous solutions. © 1993 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
