Abstract

In this note, asymptotic stability of linear neutral delay-differential systems is investigated. A delay-independent sufficient condition for the stability of the system is derived in terms of the spectral radius. The proposed criterion requires more relaxed assumption than those reported in the literature. The effectiveness of the method is illustrated in numerical examples.
