Abstract
In this paper, a generalization of a theorem of Mishra and Srivastava [4] on |C,1|k summability factors has been proved.

Introduction
Let Ea, be a given infinite series with partial sums (s,). Let (p,) be a sequence of positive real numbers such that Defines the sequence (t,) of the (’,p,) mean of the sequence (s,), generated by the sequence of coefficients (p.)(see [3]). The series Ea. is said to be summable I’,p. In the special case when p, for all values of n, I’, p, l, summability is the same as C, J, summability.
