Abstract

The extracellular signal-regulated kinases 1 and 2 (ERK1 and ERK2) are important for development of asthma. ERK1 and ERK2 are functionally analogous and commonly studied together. The purpose of this study was to delineate the specific role of ERK1 in T helper cell differentiation and development of experimental asthma.
