Abstract

In this issue of Neuron, Wang etal.1 show that the RNA-binding protein G3BP2 interacts with Tau in human neurons and in brains of patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD), suggesting a new role for G3BP2 with implications for therapeutic sequestration of Tau in neurodegenerative diseases.
