Abstract
A new vectorcardiographic lead system is presented. Its characteristic is a better correspondence of its coordinate system to the axes and planes of symmetry of the heart. Therefore, a more accurate registration of the bioelectric changes, especially of hypertrophy of the auricles and ventricles, is possible. Illustrative examples are shown.
