Abstract

Unitarity relates σ h the electron-positron annihilation cross-section into hadrons and σ μ the cross-section into muon pairs. This relation provides much more restrictive bounds on σ h than the simple unitarity bound, for the case in which the hadronic channels dominate the total annihilation cross-section.
