Abstract

Earlier, by solving the boundary-layer equations, a new type of boundary condition was obtained [A. Sh. Dorfman, Heat Transfer of Flow Past Nonisothermal Bodies. Izd Mashinostroenie, Moscow (1982)] which makes the boundary condition of the third kind more precise and which allows a conjugate problem to be reduced to an equivalent problem for the heat conduction equation. In this paper a procedure is given for the solution of problems with the use of the new kind of boundary conditions and the specific features of the procedure are discussed.
