Abstract

A new species, Dyscritulus trjapitzinisp. n., is described from the Western Caucasus (Abkhazia). It is closely related to D. planiceps (Marshall, 1896), from which differs in the following features: the antennae of the female are 22-segmented, the metacarpus of the forewing is shorter, and the ovipositor sheaths are strongly narrowed towards the apices.
