Abstract
This paper describes a new Conidae species, Textilia minamiae, from the Marquesas Islands, French Polynesia. The new species is most closely related to Textilia bullatus (Linnaeus, 1758) and Textilia pongo (Coomans, Moolenbeek & Wils, 1982). The author compares multiple morphological characteristics to distinguish it from its congeners and provides observations on its biology
