Abstract
Abstract O. dasyuri sp. n. is figured and described from the dasyurid marsupial Dasyurus viverrinus (Shaw) in Tasmania. It shares with the 3 known endemic Australian species the character setae j3 retained on dorsal shield, and a key to this group is provided. O. petauri Micherdzinski is newly recorded from the petaurid marsupial Schoinobates volans (Kerr).
