Abstract
The new amphipod species Camacho nodderi from the Chatham Rise, New Zealand is described. It differs from the closely related Camacho bathyplous Stebbing, 1888 by the anteriorly pointed overlapping coxal plates 1–4, the rounded, projecting anterior lobe on the coxa of pereopod 5, the subangular epimera 1–2 and the relatively elongate outer ramus of uropod 3.
