Abstract
Flemichapparin-B, a new naturally occurring pterocarpan, and flemichapparin-C, a new coumestan, isolated from the roots of Flemingia chappar (Leguminosae; Lotoideae) have been shown to be 6a,11a-dehydropterocarpan (IV) and 7- O-methylmedicagol (V) respectively.
