Abstract

A new approach is proposed to predict large rapidity gap events in e+e- annihilation. It is based on the mechanism of soft color interaction, which is successful in describing large rapidity gap events in ep collision. It is shown that the ratio of large rapidity gap signal to the background brought by fluctuations is greatly enhanced at appropriate conditions. So the mechanism of soft color interaction can be tested in e+e- annihilation.
