Abstract

The co-phase power supply technology can solve the power quality problem represented by negative sequence and eliminate the electric phase split in the traditional traction power supply system, thereby improving the reliability of railway power supply and reducing the potential safety hazards of railway traction power supply system under the condition of long ramps. Based on the combined co-phase traction power supply system, this paper proposes a distribution strategy for the target output value of the hybrid energy storage system. The topology of the system is given and two working states of traction discharge and braking charge are analyzed, and the calculation of the compensation power is used as an input for the current control of the co-phase power supply system. Simulation and verification using MATLAB/Simulink shows that the energy storage type inphase power supply can not only compensate the negative sequence component, but also realize the utilization of regenerative braking energy feedback.
