Abstract
Aim To study the limonoid constituents of Chukrasia tabularis var. velutina. Methods The constituents were isolated with silica gel, ODS column chromatography and preparative HPLC, their structures were elucidated on the basis of the NMR and HRESIMS spectral data. Results Two phragmalin-type limonoids, tabulalin F ( 1) and tabulalin ( 2) were isolated. Conclusion Tabulalin F ( 1) was a new compound and tabulalin ( 2) was isolated from this plant for the first time.
