Abstract

Abstract. Phonogaster longigeniculata sp.n. is described from five males and four females collected on mountain slopes at Wang‐Mo, Guizhou Province. Prior to the discovery of this species, Phonogaster was a monobasic genus, its single included species, cariniventris Henry, known only from southern India.
