Abstract
Fruits fallen under the trees were collected and cultured in the lab in the studies carried on apricot orchards in Malatya between 2010-2011 years. Eurytoma scherineri Schreiner (Hymenoptera: Eurytomidae) species was obtained from these cultured fruits. This species was recorded as a new pest for apricot orchards in Malatya province.
