Abstract

In this paper, a new parameters estimation algorithm for near-field and far-field mixed sources is proposed. The algorithm is divided into two stages. Firstly, directions of arrival (DOA) for mixed sources are estimated by four-order cumulant and whitening dimension reduction. Secondly, range parameters of near-field are estimated by second order statistics and propagator method. The advantage of this algorithm is that it has low computational complexity. Simulation results have shown the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
