Abstract
This article establishes a model for electrical cyber–physical systems (ECPS), integrating the power grid, power information network and control network. The power grid is modelled based on DC power flow. The power information network enables the exchange of information between the power grid and control network. Stochastic communication link failure is a common problem in real control networks. To address this issue, this article models the control network as a Bernoulli network. The incorporation of an asynchronous gossip algorithm with price penalty factors enables the model to analyse multi-target combined economic emission dispatch problems (CEED) involving line losses in an imperfect control network. The effectiveness and validity of the model are illustrated through simulations.
