Abstract
Stereoselective construction of 1,2- and 1,3-amino hydroxyl systems was carried out using S N2′ (initiated by AgF or AgF-Pd(II)) cyclic carbamate formations from tert-butyldimethyl silyl carbamates. This method was applied to the syntheses of statine and AHPPA, efficiently.
