Abstract
颈部肿瘤切除术,因颈部血管神经丰富,与气管关系密切,传统的切口管理,有时因为不能在第一时间观察到并发症,延误处理而危及患者的生命,增加了患者的痛苦和经济负担.同时由于局部切口渗血、出血形成的血痂[1]、干性敷料对切缘的反复刺激使切缘线直径＞2 mm,影响美观。
