Abstract
A new design procedure for the canonical realization of an SC filter in the modified z domain is proposed. The method is based on the evaluation of the transfer function of the signal flow graph (SFG) with only one forward path and several feedback paths. The design procedure is carried out directly in the z domain and uses the SFG in the modified z domain for developing novel structures. The technique is illustrated by design examples.
